Australia (domestic):
Pick-Up (FREE): Available in Naarm/Melbourne (more information available when you select this option at checkout).
Orders will be sent via AusPost:
Express: 1-3 Business Days (after dispatch).
Standard Post: 3-4 Business days (after dispatch).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Aotearoa:

Express: 2-5 Business Days (after dispatch).
Standard Post: 4-7 Business days (after dispatch).

P.O. Boxes:
Unfortunately, P.O. Box address delivery is unavailable at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Returns:
Please carefully consider your purchase before checking out, and be mindful of the environmental impact of your shipment.
Returns are only available for Standard Sizing. Custom Sizing returns are not available.
Unfortunately, at this time a free return label is not provided and the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item.
Return eligibility:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging and with all original tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date the item was received.
Returns are not accepted for items that are on sale, discounted, or marked as final sale unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Steps to initiate a return:
Please contact via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include “Return / #Order Number” in the email title along with the Reason for Return in the email body.
Once I have received your email and responded with where to send the item(s) please proceed with the following steps.
Pack your item securely with all original tags and packaging intact.
Ship the item to the supplied address using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will be notified of the approval of your return provided that you have followed the Return eligibility requirements. If the Return eligibility requirements have not been met your refund will be rejected. I can send the item back to you one time only.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the monetary value (minus original shipping cost) will be paid to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 1-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, this timeframe is dependent on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
Please email me if you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different colour, size or style within 14 days from the date it was received. Please include “Exchange / #Order Number” in the title of the email. I will then check to see if the fabric for the requested item is available. Due to the made-to-order structure, I cannot promise fabric will be available.
I will provide the information for returning the original item(s) once contact is made and fabric availability is checked.
Once the original item(s) is received by me, I will begin making the exchanged item(s). The exchanged item(s) may take a week to dispatch (as per the original order) due to the made-to-order structure.
Exchange eligibility:

Damaged or Defective Items:
Please email immediately if you receive (a) damaged or defective good(s). The utmost efficiency will be taken to amend this. Please provide photos and include “Damaged or Defective Goods / #Order Number” in the email title. Either a repair, refund or replacement will be offered. Please keep in mind that these garments are not made in a factory setting and therefore may be *hopefully unnoticeable* variations from garment to garment.
