P.O. Boxes:
Unfortunately, P.O. Box address delivery is unavailable at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Returns:
Please carefully consider your purchase before checking out, and be mindful of the environmental impact of your shipment.
Returns are only available for Standard Sizing, Custom Sizing returns are not available.
Unfortunately, at this time a free return label is not provided and the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item.
Return eligibility:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging and with all original tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date the item was received.
Returns are not accepted for items that are on sale, discounted, or marked as final sale unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Steps to initiate a return:
Please contact via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include “Return: #Order Number” in the email title along with the Reason for Return in the email body.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive further instructions to proceed with the return.
Pack your item securely with all original tags and packaging intact.
Ship the item to the supplied address using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the monetary value (minus original shipping cost) will be paid to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 1-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, this timeframe is dependent on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
Due to the made-to-order structure, exchanges are not currently offered. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item on this website.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please make contact immediately if you receive (a) damaged or defective good(s). The utmost efficiency will be taken to amend this. Please provide photos. Either a refund or replacement will be offered. Please keep in mind that these garments are not made in a factory setting and there will be slight variations from garment to garment.
